The attention of Turkish and global hotel investors and developers are focused on enormous business opportunities in the hospitality/accomodation sector Turkey offers.

It is expected that Turkey will enjoy 70 million tourist arrivals and tourism revenues of US$80 billion in 2023, the 100th anniversary of the Republic.

During that period ahead Turkey will gave have added another 500,000 hotel beds, 35 new golf courses and 40 marinas. Turkish airline capacity will increase by an additional 55,000 seats.

Certainly, a substantial amount of funds are required to boost said progress which will promote Turkey to number one tourism country in the world. The infrastructure needed for the tourism sector alone is forecasted to be USD 24 billion. Hotel sector is expected to consume USD 14 billion of said funds.
