DOOR IS OPEN WITHOUT PRECONDITION
Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu said he would speak with Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan for constitutional change if Erdogan knocks his door.
"Of course we will speak to him if he knocks our door. However, we should see how sincere he is in his proposal," Kilicdaroglu said.
MARKETS SEEK FOR COMPROMISE
Markets welcomed results of elections. This reflected to daily report of Business Investment with the expression, "markets, that wanted Justice & Development (AK) Party to become the ruling without having the majority that can not change the constitution, welcomed the results of the election."
REVISION IN MHP
The first performance of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) will be to determine nine new chairmanship council members. MHP chairman Devlet Bahceli is not expected to make a decision for extraordinary congress.

VOTES FOR SERVICE
Adil Gur's company A&G conducted a survey for Hurriyet daily at ballot boxes and determined the points citizens focused on while casting their votes. According to the survey, 72.8 percent of Justice and Development (AK) Party supporters voted for the party's actions, as 34.2 percent voted for Erdogan as a person and 32.1 percent voted as it shared the same views with AK Party. Nearly 29.4 percent of voters said "AK Party was the best party compared to the existing political parties in Turkey". A significant part of well-educated voters (35.8 pct) voted for AK Party for stability and 21 percent said they voted as they believed the party would change the constitution.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said his party would hold talks with the main opposition and other opposition parties for the new constitution, adding that they could prepare the constitution together if they could reach a consensus. Replying to Erdogan's remarks, Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu said, "Our door is open".

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, "we will knock the door of Mr. Kemal Kilicdaroglu for constitution" speaking to daily Milliyet after elections, Kilicdaroglu in response said Erdogan may come whenever he wants.
"I will be pleased with this. I always underlined importance of social compromise for the constitution. Views of NGOs should also be considered," Kilicdaroglu said.
VOICE OF WOMEN RISES IN PARLIAMENT
Although not adequate when compared with the world in general, one of the positive developments of elections is that number of women parliamentarians increased to 78 from 50.
Representation rate increased from 9 percent to 14 percent.
Number of women parliamentarians of Justice and Development (AK) Party increased from 30 to 45, whereas number of women MPs in CHP has risen from 8 to 19.
Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has only 3 women MPs, whereas Peace & Democracy Party (BDP) sent 11 women MPs to the parliament.

ROAD MAP OF NEW ERA
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan set four priorities for his "mastership era" projects. Firstly, the Justice & Development (AK) Party will name 20 ministers and four deputy prime ministers of the 61st government of Turkey. Secondly, AK Party's constitutional committee will learn the views of different segments during the summer. Thirdly, a report analysing the election results will be presented to Prime Minister Erdogan until July 1. The budget for 2012 will be prepared, and a medium-term economic program will be updated.

THREE CRITICAL ISSUES FOR CONSTITUTION
Citizenship, autonomy and native language will be the issues that will give shape to the new constitution. Both Justice and Development (AK) Party and CHP are against the idea of "education in mother tongue", while they support the "definition of citizenship" and "administrative reform". Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) is against all three issues, as Peace & Democracy Party (BDP) support all of them.

The Los Angeles Times wrote, "Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's Justice and Development (AK) Party, riding a wave of support from the pious poor and Muslim middle class, garners a majority of parliamentary seats, setting up a third term for Erdogan."
"WE HAVE SET UP A COMMISSION, AND WE ARE SEARCHING"
When asked in his opinion, what was behind 50 percent of votes gained by the AK Party, Republican People's Party (CHP) chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu said, "we have set up a commission and we are searching the reason behind the 50 percent of votes." CHP leader is getting prepared to settle accounts within the party.
Kilicdaroglu, who worked at the party headquarters throughout Monday, told Vatan daily newspaper that they were analyzing the election results.
On the other hand, opposition within the CHP have started to call for an extraordinary convention as the party was four points below its 30 percent target in the parliamentary elections. However, the CHP leader is getting prepared to settle accounts with the heads of local branches instead of the opposition within the party. Kilicdaroglu will call the heads of local branches to Ankara and assess CHP's vote performance.

The new 326-member Justice & Development (AK) Party group will first compete for seats at parliament and then the cabinet. The strongest candidates for the Office of Parliament Speaker are the Nationalist Education Minister Nimet Cubukcu and Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek. Deputy Prime Minister Bulent Arinc, Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul, and State Minister Hayati Yazici are also the candidates.

A new constitution will be Turkey's number-one issue in the post-election era. If Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu does not change his attitude, Turkey can have a democratic constitution. Kilicdaroglu has said he will send a member to compromise committee. Kilicdaroglu has asked, "can freedom come to this country with September 12 constitution" and included statements in the ten-article draft constitution of his party including "prevention of social and political violence, and co-existence in peace." If Kilicdaroglu keeps the promises he has made, this will pave the way for a constitutional amendment.
WORLD SALUTES
After the historic election victor, the world saluted Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who gave the message that "Sarajevo has won as much as Turkey, Gaza has won as much as Diyarbakir." People rushed to streets in Skopje and celebrated the victory, while there was an atmosphere of feast in Gaza. The European Council invited "the leader of modernized Turkey" to Brussels.

ONE FIFTH OF THE NEW PARLIAMENT IS COMPRISED OF JURISTS
Inclusion of civilian constitution among the election promises of all parties increased number of jurists that became parliamentarians. 107 parliamentarians who were actually jurists will serve in the parliament. Burhan Kuzu and Ahmet Iyimaya are among the senior jurists of AK Party whereas Suheyl Batum is the senior jurist of CHP.
More than half of the parliament has changed. Turkes brothers will do politics in AK Party and MHP. The eldest of the parliament will be at the age of 79 and the youngest will be at 27.
