These sentences stood out as Kilicdaroglu underlined the importance of including these clauses in the declaration. The text did not include any concrete legal amendements to the Constitution concerning the detained deputies. CHP Group Deputy Chairman Akif Hamzacebi, answering the journalists' questions, said: "It would not be right to define the road map on the joint statement. That would harm the process. We do not support a hastily made road map." Answering the question of when the detained deputies would come to parliament, Hamzacebi said that parliament would close for vacation this week. "It is not possible to address this issue in parliament until October. This text aims to create a climate that reflects the will of the Turkish people in the National Assembly. Very concrete solutions and proposals will come from this text", he stated. Erdogan: It is beneficial Concerning the overcoming of the crisis, Prime Minister Erdogan said: "It is beneficial, it is good. As you know this is what we expected anyhow. Thus, they acted reasonably." Responding to the statement of BDP's Parliamentary Group Leader Selahattin Demirtas who said that they "were excluded from the process and marginalized", Erdogan commented: "Nobody is being marginalized. This is where they belong as well. I believe that they will also take the oath very shortly."
